I found myself in charge of making Thanksgiving dinner this year at Aunt Jenny & Uncle Kevin’s house. Edie decided to pick up my camera and document the process. The feast included turkey, ham, gravy, mashed potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts, sauteed leeks, kale & apple, green beans, two kinds of cranberry sauce, two kinds of stuffing, roasted cauliflower and sweet potato biscuits in which a champagne glass became a biscuit cutter in a pinch.
Good for Edie! That’s a great set of memories 🙂 The food looks awesome too!
It definitely helps when cooking dinner for 13 people, to not think about how you are feeding 13 people, but to just cook.
