Spring & Summer 2024 Class Schedule:
This schedule will be updated throughout the season as I add classes. Use the form below to sign up for a class, join my mailing list or schedule a personal class.

Strawberry Jam 101: We’ll make strawberry jam with local berries while covering all the basics of jam making and hot water bath canning. Students will take home a jar of fresh jam, the knowledge and inspiration to make their own jams and maybe find out about a few new berry patches along the way. $45, Saturday, May 18, 2024, 1-4 pm.

Spring Pickles: There are more to pickles than just cucumbers. We’ll do some some quick (aka, refrigerator) pickles using spring vegetables and cover the basics of pickle making. Students will bring home several jars of pickles and the knowledge of how to make your own quick pickles using all sorts of produce. $45, Saturday, June 1, 2024, 1-4 pm.

Sewing Classes

I’m currently teaching both kids and adult sewing classes at The Scrappy Elephant. Schedule can be found here. Kids classes are organized by age and rotated around, so if I don’t currently have a class geared towards your child’s age, there’s probably one in the works. You can always drop me a line about private lessons.
